Hotel Policy
Guests booking a reservation on our website or signing in a registration card at check-in, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures. Cancellations made after the cancellation window are subject to a 50% penalty. No shows will be charged the entire stay.
Check-in
- Check-in time is after 4 pm. If you arrive early we may accept an early check-in if your room is ready. We are unable to guarantee any of early check-in advance requests. It is base on availability. In the case that early check in is not possible, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
- Late check-in: Our check in office open until 9 pm daily. Check-in after this time is considered late check in. We can arrange special check in or any other contact procedure for late check in guests. However, guests must contact us in advance if you have plan or tend to be late.
- Guests will be required to present an ID/passport and a valid credit card upon check in with a pre-authorize approval funds per stay. Cash payment guests will be required $200 deposit per night and will returned on your departure date.
- The government regulations and laws are always in effects. We reserve the rights to refuse the check-in and service to any guests who do not follow or comply with regulations and hotel policies.
- There is no refund, if you are unable to check in on the reservation date or no-show. No substitution or change date allowed if it is less than “Free cancellation windows” period.
Check-out
- Check-out time is anytime until 10:30 am. If you require late check out please contact us before 10am. We will do our best to accommodate you, and depends on availability. A charge may apply at $20 per hour if no advance contact.
- No refund for early checkouts.

Non-refundable Rate
- Standard Rooms: We do our best to be reasonable. For reservations less than 5 days the cancelations can be made up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. For reservations longer than 5 days cancelations can be made up to 7 days in advance without penalty.
Booking Cancellation Policies
We are unable to modify, cancel, or waive any fee through OTA (Online Travel Agency) reservations. Fee applied upon OTA policy listed. Please contact your agency for penalty fee calculation or cancellation request, if needed.
We will work with you to reschedule and facilitate your cancellation. Please note that same day cancellations can result in the 1st night payment as we will have had our staff waiting for you to check in.

Hotel General Policies
PETS
- We love our pets with responsible owners! We have designated pet rooms, please call ahead to make sure your pet friendly room is available.
- Guest Pets need to be on a leash while on common grounds.
- Please pick up after your pet. A pet fee of $25.00 per pet per stay is applied to your room charge upon check in. Any damage that results in additional cleaning or replacement of room contents will be charged to your account as per the Pet Agreement
SMOKING POLICIES
- We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking in your room is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $300.00 will be applied.
RESPECTFUL NEIGHBOUR POLICY
- To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, a good neighbor policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately. Outdoor quiet time is 10:30 pm
PAYMENT POLICY
- In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
- Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.
- Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, Union Pay
- If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, damage to linens, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
- The Guest hereby also agrees that any damaged locks , TV remotes, Chromecasts, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted.
